How to Order

Seven simple steps to order a watch from our online store and have it delivered to you overseas.

Before you order

Three things to know

"TAX FREE" price = export price
For delivery overseas, the tax-excluded price labelled "TAX FREE" applies automatically. It is an export sale, separate from the in-store tax refund system.
Credit card or bank transfer
Pay with a single card in your own name (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) or by bank transfer arranged with us in advance.
Insured FedEx delivery
Orders are dispatched within three business days and arrive in about 5 to 14 days. Duties and taxes in your country are paid by the recipient.

Order steps

Add the watch to your cart

The amount labelled TAX FREE is the price of the watch for overseas delivery. Click the orange "Add to cart" button.
Step 02
Check your cart

Confirm the watch and the amount, then click "Checkout".
Step 03
Enter your details

Fill in all the required fields: name, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Step 04
Open the payment screen

Click "Click here" to open the payment screen.
Step 05
Enter your card details

Enter your credit card information and click "Continue". Only credit card payment is available at checkout; if you prefer bank transfer, please contact us before ordering.
Step 06
Confirm the payment method

Your card details appear in the Payment Method field. Check them and click "Next".
Step 07
Place your order

Check everything once more and click "Make an order" to complete your order. We will send you a confirmation e-mail; please wait for it.
