How to pay online and in our stores, and how tax-free shopping works from November 1, 2026.
Online store
Paying for online orders
Orders shipped overseas can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Tax free (online)
Tax-free prices for online orders
Export sales for overseas delivery
Watches shipped overseas from our online store are export sales and are sold without Japanese consumption tax. The price labelled "TAX FREE" on the product page is the tax-excluded price, applied automatically when you add the watch to your cart.
Export sales are separate from the in-store refund method described below. Tax-excluded prices for online orders are available to customers residing outside Japan only; Japanese nationals living abroad are not eligible. Brand-new Rolex watches are not sold overseas. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Tax-free shopping: the refund method
From November 1, 2026, tax-free shopping in Japan works as a refund. You pay the full price including 10% consumption tax at the store. After Customs confirms your purchase when you leave Japan, the tax is refunded to you, minus a handling fee.

Purchase in store
Pay the full price including 10% consumption tax. Bring your original passport with you.

Step 02
Register for your refund
Show your passport at the counter and register your refund method (credit card, bank transfer or QR payment app) on the refund service website via the QR code we give you.
No registration, no refund — it only takes a few minutes.

Step 03
Customs confirmation
When leaving Japan within 90 days of purchase, complete the Customs check at the airport terminal before checking in your luggage, with all purchased items on you.

Receive your refund
After Customs confirmation, 8.35% of the pre-tax price is refunded to your registered method: the 10% tax minus a 1.65% handling fee charged by the refund service provider.

Please note
- Who is eligible: visitors staying in Japan on a short-term basis (non-residents). Japanese nationals who have lived abroad for two years or more need proof such as a certificate of residence, a copy of the family-register attachment, or a My Number Card showing the move abroad.
- Original passport required. If you enter Japan through an automated gate, ask an immigration officer for an entry stamp so we can confirm your date of entry.
- Credit cards must be in the same name as your passport.
- Customs check within 90 days of purchase, before baggage check-in. It is done per receipt: if any item on a receipt is missing, nothing on that receipt is refunded.
- Watches of ¥1,000,000 or more (pre-tax) are registered with their serial number. Customs may ask to see the watch and its warranty card.
- Take the goods out of Japan. Items confirmed by Customs must leave the country; otherwise the tax is collected and penalties may apply.
- Refund method and timing follow the refund service provider's guidance.
- Brand-new Rolex watches are excluded from tax-free sales at our stores.
- Online orders shipped overseas are sold tax-excluded at checkout (export sales) and are not part of this refund system.
